I have 10+ years of training to offer my community in coaching, restorative yoga, therapeutic applications of yoga, guided meditation, healthy breathing, and the neurophysiology of mental health. The integrated scope and depth of my approach gives you a holistic understanding of your wellbeing and practices that last.

attend a community practice
Creating community is one of my favorite things about offering this work and I would love to see you in the studio and/or online! I teach single sessions and workshops focused on supporting you in nervous system regulation, iRest meditation for resilience, restorative/therapeutic yoga, healthy breathing, the physiology of good mental health, and more. Studio sessions are taught in small groups of 8, which gives you an opportunity to benefit from both community practice and individual guidance.

book private restorative coaching
Restorative coaching is designed to specifically address your mental, emotional, and physiological wellbeing. Our work together will ground you in the innate intelligence of your mind and body and point us to the areas that most need support. A practice plan will be tailored to your daily life and may include wellness education, healthy breathing, self-study, nervous system-grounding, and additional therapeutic practices that build and sustain everyday resilience.
Private restorative coaching sessions are 90 minutes long and scheduled in-person or by ZOOM in a three-session series, allowing for my ongoing support and guidance as we refine your practice.
