hi there
meet tiffany
the semi-formal bio
a few things about me…
I am a facilitator, EQ coach, restorative yogi, and advocate doing my best every day to live with courage and vulnerability. My work is grounded in my lived experience as a human who has faced a LOT of “reality” in my time on earth and has tried the fixing, hiding, stuffing, avoiding, armoring up, and fresh-starting. The only thing that has actually helped me find my way through and forward is allowing myself to feel and heal; a choice that requires a strong and open heart, an appreciation for the necessary ambiguity/complexity of being human, and self-trust above all else. That’s really hard sometimes and always worth it.
What’s it like to spend time with me? You get the same person whether you know me inside or outside of my practice…I’m proud to be in my 50s and grateful to have made it here. I pretty much always wear jeans and fun shoes but I love to change my hair and have given up keeping my “headshot” current. I watch Inside Out at least 4 times every year, prefer popcorn to lobster, buy more books than I have time to read, cry when I’m happy and sad, cheer out loud when people win on The Price is Right, and have given back to Make-A-Wish for 38 years. I have the unique perspective and sideways sense of humor often shared by people who have walked through fire…both of which have really come in handy while building an adult life that I love even on the days it flattens me.

Years ago I found a quote that sums it all up… “see the world as it is and know you have the grit & grace to choose a path of love”. We trust ourselves, fully engage with our hearts open to life, take the joys and the hits in stride, do our best with what we have, intentionally recover, get curious, learn, and try again.
Because this is the bravest, kindest, most resilient way to live and lead.
XO tiff
