Each Heart Forward Flow™ session integrates regulating breath patterns into a heart-opening slow vinyasa flow. We close with nourishing yin yoga and a deep savasana to soothe and tone your nervous system. Resilience in motion.

iRest offers set of practices based in your breath and attention that support self-efficacy, resilience, satisfaction, and stress-reduction. Meet each moment with curiosity and skill and experience a consistent foundation of wellbeing.
Reflect & Restore™
Reflect & Restore™ workshops offer therapeutic strategies for wellbeing. Topics include caregiving, emotional and physical health, grief, transition, overwhelm, and more. Actionable tools, deep rest, and time for reflection.
